Room rates vary based on how much dirt the front desk clerk has on you. KIDDING. There is no blackmail here. Just rooms that had their glory days before the interstate system made US 31 obsolete for travelers.

My fiance, baby and I moved here from where we were staying at since rent there was way to high. The staff is extremely nice and rent is actually reasonable. (Almost $150 less than where we were). The rooms are nice and its nice and quiet.

I stayed here for a month and a half last summer. (2016). The owner (and his wife) , they are tremendous. Very kind and helpful, polite. Always a smile. too ! I have been meaning to write this as well as send a thank you note. It is a very nice motel and I especially love the older ones as they are a "dying breed". I was referred by a friend & she was right, great place !! YAY! Very well maintained and clean. Thank you !
